The client is a leading multinational digital banking company based in Makati.

Job Description

  • Provide business support with financial information, analyses and advice to help the Wholesale Banking team achieve their goals and improve performance.
  • Perform the Flash and Actuals
  • Coordinate the Dynamic Plan and Rolling Forecast Processes
  • Ensure data quality of the management accounting information using MIS One Bank and Value Reporter
  • Implement and maximize automation
  • Develop, maintain relationships and challenge stakeholders when necessary
  • Work with a global team of finance and business stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering or Financial Planning and Analysis in a Financial Services company
  • In-depth knowledge of Wholesale Banking, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Corporate Banking, or Business Banking
  • Ability to work with global/multicultural teams
  • Experience with management information systems
  • Strong knowledge of MS office, including Powerpoint to be able to build powerful presentations
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills in a global setting
  • Amenable to a mid-shift schedule and hybrid setup in Makati
