Job Description

As the Finance Controller (SVP Level), the responsibilities would be as follows:



  1. Financial Governance:
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the manufacturing industry.
    • Establish and maintain robust financial controls and processes to guarantee accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.


  2. Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Lead the development of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and strategic financial plans.
    • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making.


  3. Reporting and Compliance:
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with internal audit teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and statutory regulations.


  4. Cost Management:
    • Implement effective cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency.
    • Provide strategic guidance on cost-saving initiatives while maintaining product quality and compliance.


  5. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals and objectives.
