  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational objectives

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports and forecasts.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Director should have:

  • strong experience in finance with industry experience in FMCG, distribution, or manufacturing
  • strong experience as a finance leader, managing large teams
  • strong experience as a co-pilot, managing stakeholders across the organization
