The Finance Director role is responsible for leading the Global Finance COE based in the Cebu site. This will focus on providing strategic leadership in AR, AP, Intercompany, Tax, Treasury, and Automation.

The client is a growing shared service company based in Cebu. They support global operations with a focus on Finance.

Job Description

  • Provide strategic leadership to the Global Finance COE team, ensuring service delivery by establishing governance and methodology.
  • Oversee AR, AP, Intercompany, Tax, Reconciliation, and Automation operations.
  • Spearhead continuous improvement and automation initiatives to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering professional growth.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization, both locally and internationally.

The Successful Applicant

  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of experience in Finance with proven leadership experience in global Shared Service Centers or COEs.
  • Solid experience in change management or leading continuous improvement initiatives. Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in a Big 4 audit firm preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder and people management skills.
  • Amenable to flexible work hours and hybrid setup based in Lapu-Lapu, Cebu.
