The Finance Director will lead a large finance team, responsible for finance operations, strategy & planning. The FD is a business partner to the Managing Director, Leadership Team & Regional CFO, contributing to sustainable growth, profitability, and compliance in a complex market.

Job Description

  • Lead and develop a high performing finance function, ensuring strong engagement and results within the team.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic business goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimise business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the internal stakeholders in the Philippines & globally for informed decision-making.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and risk management strategies.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Director should have:

  • Academic degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a senior finance role
  • Experience in emerging markets
  • Background in FMCG is preferred, ideally in companies with large general trade organisations
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of local legislation and treasury management
  • Exposure to multiple functions including manufacturing, supply & commercial
