Job Description

  • Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the organization, aligned with overall corporate financial goals and business strategy.
  • Oversee end-to-end finance processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, FP&A, & Controllership, etc.
  • Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and optimize service delivery performance through KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the center and business units, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Director should have:

  • Strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Good track record of leading finance shared service centers with 100+ headcount and in multinational environments
  • Proven experience in transforming organizations to a high-performing team
  • Excellent stakeholder management and able to effectively handle various personalities from across the regions.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively, can upskill local talent and drive accountability
