The client is the 4th largest 2-wheeler manufacturer in the world. It has annual sales of more than 4 million units and a production capacity of over 5.5 million 2-wheelers and 250 thousand 3-wheelers annually.

Job Description

Business Support & Commercial Enablement

Ø Partner with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives and commercial decisions.

Ø Provide financial insights and analysis to support pricing, cost optimization, and investment decisions.

Ø Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes aligned with business goals.Governance & Controls

Ø Establish and maintain strong internal controls and compliance frameworks.

Ø Ensure adherence to corporate policies, local regulations, and audit requirements.

Ø Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.Leadership & Initiative

Ø Be a self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently and driving initiatives.

Ø Lead cross-functional projects and contribute to regional finance transformation efforts.

Ø Mentor and develop local finance teams to build capability and succession.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Lead should have:

Ø CA / CPA / MBA Finance or equivalent professional qualification.

Ø Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance and commercial roles, preferably in a regional or multinational setting.

Ø Strong understanding of financial governance, business partnering, and commercial acumen.

Ø Experience in the Philippines market with knowledge of local regulations and business practices is highly desirable.
