This position is for a Finance Lead within the Accounting & Finance Department of a travel company. The Finance Lead will oversee financial operations, develop and document financial workflows; lead and manage the monthly financial closing process.
  • Lead and build the finance team.

Job Description

  • Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement fiscal strategies in alignment with company objectives.
  • Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts.
  • The role has a heavy operations and project management component, so it is important for candidates to have experience developing small teams and working in unstructured work environments (such as a startup or small company).

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Lead should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
