Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cost control, and related reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, reconciliations, and customer billing in compliance with internal controls.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of key financial documents and support audit requirements.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy across finance workflows.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring workload balance and KPI achievement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve queries and maintain service standards.
  • Monitor vendor and customer accounts, manage discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation for compliance.
  • Support budgeting and cost monitoring activities to optimize financial performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar leadership role, ideally within shared services or BPO environments.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with workflow tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
