Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Finance Manager are:

  • Oversee the financial operations and strategy of the organization
  • Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts
  • Monitor financial details to ensure legal compliance
  • Supervise employees who do financial reporting and budgeting
  • Review company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs
  • Analyze market trends to find opportunities for expansion or for acquiring other companies
  • Assist management in making decisions relating to financial strategy
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
