Job Description

  • Strategic Business Partnering:
    • Partner directly with market leaders to shape and influence strategic decisions. Provide financial leadership on market strategy, pricing, trade investment, and route-to-market initiatives.
  • Financial Planning & Forecasting:
    • Lead the financial shaping and long-range forecasting process for assigned markets, ensuring robust projections and scenario planning aligned with business objectives.
  • Performance Analysis & Management:
    • Drive monthly and quarterly performance reviews. Deliver insightful analysis of revenue, margin, and operating costs to support senior management decisions.
  • Decision Support:
    • Evaluate business cases, investment proposals, and commercial initiatives. Provide recommendations to optimize profitability and mitigate risk.
  • Financial Governance & Closing:
    • Oversee market-level financial closing activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

The Successful Applicant

  • Progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or strategic finance roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Deep analytical and financial modeling expertise; strong business acumen.
  • Proven experience operating in matrixed, fast-paced, and multinational environments.
