The Finance Manager will pioneer the finance team in the PH. The role involves setting up internal controls, processes, and procedures and eventually leading the finance team.

About Our Client

Our client is multinational industrial manufacturing company. The Philippine operations follows a distribution business model and office is in Pasay City.

Job Description

  • Se-up finance processes, systems, and internal controls
  • Oversee financial operations and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's financial policies and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
  • Develop budgets that meet the requirements of company departments.
  • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • must have at least 8 years experience in total finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity as head of department
  • must have industry experience in distribution, FMCG, or manufacturing with distribution
  • must be amenable to working as an individual contributor when he/she joins the business; role will eventually grow into a people manager
