The client is a growing shared service company servicing a global hospitality business.

Job Description

  • Lead the Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Taxation, Treasury, and Audit operations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational growth.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations and standards.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and auditing.
  • Monitor and improve KPI, SLA, and oversee performance management.
  • Manage relationships with partners and stakeholders locally and globally.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the business unit stakeholders and members of the executive management team.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Ideally 10 to 15 years of Finance experience in a multinational shared services/BPO company.
  • Excited to setup the Finance shared service operations and hold a pivotal role in its growth.
  • Proven leadership skills with a strong focus on operations and business processes.
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.
