Job Description

Job Description of the Finance Process Lead

  • Define and communicate the global vision for end-to-end Finance processes.
  • Develop process roadmaps with clear deliverables and KPIs.
  • Lead governance frameworks, policies, and controls for Finance processes.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and performance analytics.
  • Drive process re-engineering using Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies.
  • Partner with IT/Digital teams on ERP and Finance technology enhancements.
  • Oversee change management and communication strategies.
  • Serve as SME and mentor on process excellence across Finance teams.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
  • Experienced in Finance and Accounting with expertise in process transformation.
  • Proven success in global process improvement (R2R, P2P, O2C).
  • Strong Lean Six Sigma expertise is a plus
  • Solid ERP background (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Strong analytical capability with KPI and dashboard development.
  • Influential stakeholder management with senior leaders.
  • Effective communicator with strong change management experience.
