Job Description

  • Lead finance transformation initiatives to improve processes and systems within the accounting and finance department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for financial improvement and implement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards while enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new financial tools and processes.
  • Handle end-to-end migrations.
  • Stakeholder management and presentations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Transformation Manager should have:

  • Proven expertise in financial transformation and migration projects and process improvements.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems. (SAP SAP S/4 HANA)
