About Our Client

The client is a well‑established multinational company in the maritime and crew management industry, operating several crewing offices across Asia and Europe. They provide end‑to‑end solutions for vessel staffing, crew deployment, payroll, and compliance, supporting global shipping operators with high standards of safety, service reliability, and operational excellence.

Job Description

  • Prepare monthly group management reports and performance dashboards (cash flow, receivables, payables, headcount costs).
  • Track budget vs. actual performance, investigate variances, and support audit, tender, and client documentation requirements.
  • Monitor weekly cash positions, intercompany balances, and potential cash flow risks.
  • Maintain receivables, follow up on overdue accounts, and flag potential bad debts.
  • Ensure alignment of reporting standards and timelines across multiple global offices.
  • Support annual budget preparation, scenario analysis, and financial assessments for office expansions or restructuring.
  • Handle customer invoicing for the company's Singapore operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years' experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Reporting
  • Strong command of financial reports, reconciliations, and month-end processes
  • High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with diverse global teams
  • Fast learner with a growth-oriented mindset
  • Experience in maritime, shipping, crewing, or logistics is a plus but not required
