The Business Analyst will support the marketing, sales, and finance teams in driving business expansion projects, including identifying and establishing new brands or restaurants for the group. They will pioneer company expansion initiatives and collaborate closely with the company's leaders: Financial Controller, VP for Finance, and the President.

Job Description

  • Drive company expansion initiatives through projects that identify, evaluate, and establish new businesses such as new brands or restaurants while collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and head office teams.
  • Analyse financial and operational performance ensuring insights align with the company's expansion plans
  • Provide structured financial reporting and recommendations to leadership for data‑driven decisions that support sustainable company growth.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a financial business analyst or in similar roles
  • Background in F&B or Retail is required
  • Experience establishing a brand or new business for a company is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentations skills are ideal
  • CPA license is not required but good to have
