About Our Client

This role is with a large organization in the renewable energy sector, with a growing shared service in the Philippines.

Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all financial operations and reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare detailed financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Lead process migrations from different regions to the Philippines SSC.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and cost control.
  • Oversee audits and implement improvements based on findings.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance department in achieving operational excellence.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent (preferred).
  • Prior experience in a Big 4 audit firm is highly advantageous.
  • 8-10 years of experience in financial controllership, legal entity controllership, financial reporting, or record-to-report processes on a regional scope.
  • Must have prior experience in migration, finance transformation, and change management initiatives.
  • Must be comfortable with managing multicultural stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP and Excel.
  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or energy industry is a plus.
  • Keen to take on a high impact and strategic individual contributor role
  • Amenable to reporting to the Pasay office 3x a week and adhere to flexible working hours.
