This role leads advanced FP&A and strategic financial analysis to support executive decision-making and long-term business transformation. It bridges finance operations and strategy, delivering forward-looking insights, scenario modelling, and investment analysis.

Job Description

  • Develop and manage financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and oversee periodic forecasting activities.
  • Analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and track business performance against targets.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Support ad hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed.

The Successful Applicant

Required (Non-Negotiable)

  • 6-8 years' experience across FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy roles
  • Exposure to business transformation or large-scale change initiatives
  • Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
  • Strong business partnering and executive stakeholder management capability
  • Comfortable working fully onsite in Pasay City



Preferred (Good-to-Haves)

  • Experience in integrated resorts, gaming, hospitality, or capital-intensive industries
  • Background in tech-enabled or data-driven environments
  • Experience working with SAP
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
