About Our Client
The client is a multinational consultancy firm based in Makati. They have been around for more than a century and they are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their team.
Job Description
The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will be responsible for:
- Analyzing financial statements for highlighting key performance highlights of the business
- Provide commentaries to business performance and recommending initiatives to drive improvement
- Lead the period financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities
- Manage the performance of the FP&A team
- Ensure accurate reports are submitted to the management
- Finance business partnering tasks
The Successful Applicant
The successful Financial Planning & Analysis Manager candidate will have:
- CPA qualification with at least 7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (at least 2 years in a leadership role)
- Has great leadership skills and an eloquent communicator
- Can manage a team effectively and drive productivity
- Strong business acumen
- Comfortable working under pressure and results-driven
