Job Description

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather data and provide accurate forecasting models.
  • Assist in budgeting processes and monitor financial performance against set targets.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business initiatives.
  • Provide insights into market trends and their potential financial impact on the organization.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3-8 years of FP&A experience
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Exposure working with sales and marketing
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
