Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the operations of the fleet to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate the maintenance, repair, and servicing of vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
  • Analyze and implement cost-saving strategies for fleet operations.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Track and report on fleet performance metrics and operational data.
  • Plan and execute logistics operations to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Lead and manage a team of logistics and maintenance personnel.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Fleet Manager should have:

  • Educational background in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing fleet operations.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, maintenance, and compliance procedures.
  • Proficiency in fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
