Job Description

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to evaluate pricing strategies and profitability.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
  • Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and analysis.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A and Commercial Finance Manager should have:

  • at least 12 years experience in FP&A and business partnering
  • strong business acumen
  • industry experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution
  • adaptable to a medium‑sized, transformation‑focused environment that requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
