The client is a growing telco solutions provider in the USA looking to hire exceptional finance talent based in the Philippines.

Job Description

  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long‑term strategic planning processes.
  • Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that influence business decisions.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, investments, and long‑range projections.
  • Oversee creation of financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations with accurate and relevant insights.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators to monitor financial and operational performance.
  • Evaluate cost structures to identify efficiency improvements and support optimal resource allocation.
  • Assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect the company's financial position.
  • Manage sales analytics, including pricing, margins, incentive plans, and customer‑level reporting.
  • Support mergers & acquisition activities through financial analysis and assist with post‑acquisition integration.
  • Lead system optimization efforts, serve as forecasting tool subject matter expert, and enhance FP&A processes through improved systems and collaboration.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or CPA is beneficial.
  • At least 8 years of progressive FP&A, financial modelling, and managing the whole P&L.
  • Must come from a multinational company. Preferably with exposure to construction, real estate, manufacturing, technology, or SaaS companies.
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle; proficiency in analytical tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and strategic problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Thrives in a lean, fast-paced organization.
  • Results‑oriented, proactive, ethical, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Amenable to work on a fully remote setup based in the Philippines, on flexible work hours.
