The FP&A Manager will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Will serve as the finance business partner to assigned business units.

The client is a multinational retail startup company based in Taguig. Work with a global team in a strategic finance role.

Job Description

  • Review and ensure accuracy of financial reports monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Evaluate how different business decisions affect financial performance.
  • Prepare internal and external management reporting packages and present to senior stakeholders.
  • Establish key performance indicators and monitor their progress to meet objectives.
  • Maintain the integrity of our financial information to ensure sound decision-making.
  • Dissect financial data to provide insightful analyses on sales, costs, profitability, and efficiency.
  • Serve as a Finance business partner for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Aid and mentor colleagues.

The Successful Applicant

  • Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling.
  • Strong knowledge in accounting and controlling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with PowerQuery, PowerBI, or Tableau is a plus.
  • Hands-on mentality, strong analytical thinking, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
