Job Description

  • Collaborate with U.S.-based leaders in a night shift environment
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of FP&A professionals
  • Direct the preparation and analysis of monthly performance reports for multiple business units
  • Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and 5-year financial planning
  • Manage cost and profitability reporting, including patient and service-level allocations
  • Support executive decision-making with robust financial insights and scenario modeling
  • Oversee the financial evaluation of new services and payer models
  • Ensure accuracy in inventory, profit center accounting, and accrual-based revenue reporting
  • Champion continuous improvement in financial processes and data quality



The Successful Applicant

  • At least 7-10 years' experience in finance, accounting, or audit, with 5+ years in leadership
  • Background in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Strong experience in shared services or multinational settings preferred
  • Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
  • CPA or MBA is highly preferred
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial planning tools; experience in MS Access, PowerPoint, Word
