Job Description

The key responsibilities of the FP&A Tower Lead are:

  • Oversee FP&A team here in the Philippines
  • Support development of annual budgets, quartelry forecasts
  • Partner the business and collaborate with various stakeholders in Finance and Operations
  • Act as a strong partner to core FP&A and regional leaders
  • Handle process automations and improvements

The Successful Applicant

The successful FP&A Tower Lead is:

  • CPA or CMA is preferred
  • 7 years at least of FP&A experience
  • Experience in and SSC or BPO environment
  • Proficiency in various Financial Systems and Tools (Oracle, SAP, Power BI, Hyperion)
  • Strong team management capabilities
