Job Description

  • Lead, supervise, and coach the Fraud Team in their daily tasks
  • Monitor reports to spot and address fraudulent activity
  • Enhance and improve upon existing fraud mitigation strategy, and develop new strategy if necessary
  • Develop and monitor KPI's for the Fraud Team to ensure the excellent performance of the department
  • Develop, design, and implement the SOP and fraud policies
  • Collaborate with other teams outside of the Fraud department to achieve company-wide fraud prevention

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
  • At least 3 years of experience in Fraud Operations or related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in people management
  • Number-driven, mathematically fluent and competent in data analysis
  • Knowledgeable on risk management, anti-fraud, and operations processes
  • Able to use gathered insights to propose areas of improvement
  • Strong problem solving, presentation, communication skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Working experience from e-commerce company is preferred
