About Our Client

The client is a leading multinational financial services company based in Pasig.

Job Description

  • Review and/or prepare all complex financial reporting requirements, such as but not limited to financial statements, working papers, management accounts, partner statements and ad-hoc client deliverables.
  • Facilitate and assist various accounting and administration processes of complex clients and conduct all work in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality service and deliverables to fund and/or corporate clients.
  • Take ownership of the team's deliverables. Concentrates in engaging and developing teams and individuals by reviewing core processes and providing timely feedback.
  • Drive results based on the KPIs and optimizing the work performance of the team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Graduate of accounting or any business-related course.
  • 6+ years of experience in fund accounting.
  • CPA/CMA license preferred.
  • 2+ years of people management experience handling at least 3 direct reports.
  • Amenable to working on a mid-shift schedule
  • Amenable to attend a 2-month onsite training in Pasig.
