Job Description

  • Manage budget and P&L to maximise profitability
  • Lead the development and execution of business strategies for local market
  • Drive sustainable business growth and market share expansion
  • Foster a high-performance culture and build a strong, cross-functional team, ensuring a high level of employee engagement
  • Develop top talents in the company for progression opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Philippines & the APAC market
  • Monitor market trends and competitors activities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven background of progressing in an FMCG company to Sales Director, CMO or Managing Director level
  • Track record of high performance & developing top talents for global positions
  • Experience leading a sales function
  • Experience working in the Philippines
  • Available to start by July 2025
