About Our Client
Our client is leading 3PL management company with global operations in Asia and Americas region. They are building their SEA region footprint and hiring a General Manager in Manila to manage their commercial and operations.
- Manage country P&L budget, sales target and to oversee daily business operations.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Recruit and manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed.
- Cross function interaction with all the affiliates overseas.
The Successful Applicant
- Must be a fluent Mandarin and English speaker.
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and government officials.
- Positive attitude and ethics that supports the company's values and culture.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, safe and customer-focused workplace.
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritise, and organise tasks effectively.
