Job Description

  • Provide strategic leadership for the Technology & Shared Services organization, ensuring alignment with WWT's overall business goals.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end operational performance, ensuring efficient, scalable, and high‑quality service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop cross‑functional teams to build strong technical capabilities and a high‑performance culture.
  • Drive business growth through continuous improvement, operational optimization, and proactive stakeholder management.
  • Partner with global leadership to implement technology initiatives, shared service enhancements, and best‑practice frameworks.
  • Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and service quality standards to ensure consistent excellence across all delivery functions.
  • Manage resource planning, workforce development, and organizational effectiveness across the Manila site.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, governance requirements, and risk management protocols.

The Successful Applicant

Deep Senior IT Leadership Experience

  • 10+ years leading in IT, hardware/software, professional services, or BPO/shared services environments.
  • Comfortable building and scaling complex, multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Proven track record in agile, semi‑start‑up, or transformation-heavy environments.



2. Strong Commercial & Financial Acumen

  • Can manage P&L‑like responsibilities, optimize resources, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Understands market trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities in the PH tech ecosystem.



3. Executive Presence & Stakeholder Influence

  • Confident representing the PH business to C‑suite and global SVP-level stakeholders.
  • Skilled at building trust with partners, clients, regulators, and internal leaders across geographies.



4. Cross-Functional Leadership Strength

  • Can connect HR, operations, finance, technology, and shared services into one cohesive strategy.
  • Adept at creating alignment across global and local teams.



5. People-First, Culture-Building Leadership

  • Naturally builds a high‑engagement, high‑performance environment.
  • Strong coaching mindset; known for reducing attrition and strengthening leadership pipelines.



6. Strategic Operator with Builder Mindset

  • Able to set a long‑term vision for WWT Philippines while driving day‑to‑day execution.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; energized by scaling, restructuring, and improving processes.



7. Philippines Market Expertise

  • Deep understanding of local labor laws, operating norms, and commercial frameworks.
  • Strong network and familiarity with PH talent dynamics.
