Strong track record with existing customers and a flexible approach, allowing the company to partner with customers of any size & expand based on their customer experience & delivery.

Job Description

  • Build relationships & close deals with customers in North America, or other strategic locations looking to outsource customer experience roles to the Philippines / LATAM / Europe
  • Build & manage a pipeline of high potential customers, whether they are small deals with growth potential or already large multi-million dollar opportunities

The Successful Applicant

  • Background selling BPO solutions to global customers
  • Must be able to demonstrate a track record of specific deals closed with customers in mature markets
  • Ideally a background selling to North America / Europe / Australia & New Zealand
