Job Description

  • Support technical and operational aspects of the HR systems global agenda.
  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert on HR Technology for primary area of HR Systems responsibility (TA and ATS)
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders on issues, feedback, requirements, process, change and improvement proposals
  • Document, maintain and improve HR systems processes and procedures for core area of responsibility
  • Manage and maintain all system administration tasks (primarily for TA and ATS as core specialism), including but not limited to: workflow, permissions, core configuration
  • Review and thoroughly test, impact assess system update impacts & ensure test system is aligned with production
  • Keep up to date with HR technology through training, research
  • Provide HR teams / other system users with support and training where required and guidance on best practices as an SME
  • Work closely with external HR system partner(s) to track logged tickets to completion (e.g. re. errors, enhancements, general queries or issues)
  • Delivery of regular/ ad hoc reporting and data requirements across all group locations
  • Support on M&A / Project / Integration activities as required
  • Manage and maintain HR Systems mailbox effectively and efficiently

The Successful Applicant

Required Experience

  • Demonstrated experience working on HR Systems (specifically ATS) in a specialist role
  • Strong educational background
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to be flexible and work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work in a knowledgeable and logical way
