Job Description

Global Remuneration Strategy, Policies & Practices

  • Develop the total rewards framework of company incorporating global, regional and local areas of authority & oversight.
  • Providing recommendations and revisions to the company's current Total rewards strategy.
  • Preparation of annual Remuneration Reports.
  • Strong regional stakeholder management

Market Insights & Bench marking

  • Keeping up to date on emerging trends impacting reward strategies and frameworks to ensure our continued competitiveness.
  • Use salary analysis and modelling of sourced data insights to inform recommendations, initiatives and solutions.
  • Bench marking for all newly created roles and on an as-needed basis to support the People Experience teams.
  • Periodical review of our bench marking process and spot bench marking to ensure its efficacy.

Annual Compensation Review

  • Oversee and co-ordinate the company's global annual salary review process.
  • Supporting leaders and the People Experience team.
  • Coordinating with Finance Group in the budgetary, calibration, analysis and summary recommendation process.
  • Championing the Annual Remuneration review,
  • Ion our process through technology enhancement and acting as module owner of Success Factors Compensation Module.

Global Compensation Projects & EVP Initiatives

  • Contribute to all projects that have Compensation & Benefits touch points (ie, global sales incentive review, pay equity programs).
  • Aid in the evolution of the company's Employee Value Proposition
  • Supporting any regional compensation activities and projects that require a global viewpoint

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years experience within compensation & benefits.
  • Experience in designing & implementing enterprise-wide rewards programs
  • Contributed to salary reports, board papers and other associated corporate reporting
  • Administered Short Term Incentive and Long Term Incentive programs
  • Previous experience preparing and executing annual remuneration reviews
  • Previous experience bench marking within local and global context
  • Numerical and analysis skills, with the ability to produce quantitative and qualitative data analysis, reports and recommendations.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to present and articulate a compelling vision
