Job Description

The job responsibilities include:

  • Solid understanding of hiring needs and stakeholder management to develop talent acquisition strategies.
  • Create an efficient hiring process to meet the business hiring goals.
  • Lead a team of talent acquisition partners in different geographies.
  • Collaborate with Country Leaders to oversee the recruitment life-cycle globally.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in recruitment including people management experience, ideally in the Technology industry.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Solid understanding of full cycle recruitment including direct sourcing, knowledge of employment law, and relationship management.
  • Strong business acumen and influencing skills for business stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading a diverse team.
