Job Description

  • Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage financial systems and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with the financial regulations and standards of the property technology industry.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the executive management team.
  • Manage budgeting processes and conduct financial forecasting.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure maximum performance.
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
  • Implement and manage projects related to cost reduction initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Accounting Manager should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in managing budgeting processes and financial forecasting.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the property technology industry's financial regulations and standards.
  • CPA certification is a plus.
