About Our Client
Global FMCG company with a portfolio filled with popular household brands & products.
Role is Manila based & currently working from home.
➢ Group Brand Manager directly reporting to the Marketing Director, co-defines/develops/implements/monitors the categories' strategies and marketing plans, leveraging the full media mix, to deliver business goals.
➢ Leads/drives multiple categories. Leads the category teams and responsible for developing direct report/s.
➢ Works closely with the region/global to strengthen the pipeline of innovations and to search-and-reapply.
➢ Builds the organisation behind specific organisation project.
➢ Builds strong relationships internally and externally.
The Successful Applicant
➢ Bachelor's degree, preferably Marketing or comparable.
➢ 7-10 years brand management experience, preferably in FMCG.
➢ Strong background in Digital marketing.
➢ Strong leadership and managerial skills (direct report/s, cross-functional team). Analytical, accountable and has bias towards action.
➢ Strong skills related to the full brand management/marketing spectrum.
➢ Fluent in English, spoken and written.
