Job Description

  • Identify and pursue potential partnerships and growth opportunities (acquisition and infrastructure partnerships).
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Coordinate and execute partnership activities with internal teams such as legal, compliance, product, technology, and marketing.
  • Approach partnership and business development with a data-driven mindset.
  • Measure, analyze, and generate insights on partnership activities.
  • Optimize partnership efforts for maximum results.
  • Ensure partners comply with specified SLAs and BCP practices.
  • Negotiate and manage the execution of all partner contracts.
  • Conceptualize opportunities and map out customer journeys, flows, and touchpoints.
  • Efficiently utilize technology teams to support partnership activities.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements for partnership structures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chief Growth Officer.

The Successful Applicant

  • Graduate of any business, management, social science, or communications course.
  • Preferred background in technology and management.
  • Knowledgeable about market developments and opportunities in banking, fintech, and financial services.
  • Familiar with technology, retail banking, and sales concepts.
  • Broad business experience is a plus.
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit, proactive, and able to take initiative.
  • Experienced in reviewing and executing contracts.
  • Confident in engaging with senior and top-level management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work through processes, identify improvements, and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
