Job Description

Growth & Partnerships Manager has the responsibility to determine the ideal strategy for ecosystem building in key markets:

  • Market landscape analysis
  • Ecosystem development approach
  • Market prioritisation
  • Implementation strategy and phasing

Identify and acquire necessary partners:

  • Develop partner prioritisation matrix
  • Identify and prioritise key partners in each country
  • Develop partnership proposition for prioritised partners and prepare pitch material
  • Prospect and pitch to partners
  • Develop and negotiate commercials

Maintain and grow partner relationships:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for ecosystem partners
  • Manage relationships with acquired partners to ensure continued collaboration, de-conflicting any potential issues
  • Identify potential cross-sell opportunities for other products to partners

The Successful Applicant

  • Ideally will have a background both in Financial Services/ Banking as well as FinTech/ eCommerce
  • Strong commercial exposure & ability to partner & add value when providing solutions to C-level stakeholders
  • Business development background highly desirable
  • Comfortable with Financial Ability to be proactive & agile in a lean organisation
  • Action & growth orientated
  • Background working in Manila or wider Philippines
