Job Description

  • Lead and manage the development team, driving the design, development, and maintenance of Web, Cloud, and Enterprise applications.
  • Act as a technical expert, providing hands-on development and mentoring team members to enhance their technical skills.
  • Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance application solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives by integrating modern application technologies and best practices into the organization.
  • Oversee the full application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align application strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Champion Agile methodologies and DevOps practices to enhance team productivity and streamline project delivery.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, leveraging advancements to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure seamless integration of applications with other enterprise systems, focusing on security, scalability, and user experience.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in application development and management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in Web, Cloud, and Enterprise Application Development with hands-on experience in modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Strong technical background as a developer, capable of providing guidance and support to the development team.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale application projects, including system integrations, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Agile, DevOps practices, and other modern development methodologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Deep understanding of cloud architectures, APIs, and enterprise solutions to deliver innovative and scalable applications.
