Job Description

  • Manage the Center's loan portfolio and related business to achieve profitability, volume, and income targets.
  • Develop long‑term objectives, business strategies, and marketing plans for the Center.
  • Oversee daily operations through effective administration, planning, and control.
  • Review and present credit and loan proposals to appropriate committees, ensuring sound risk assessment and proper documentation.
  • Approve credit transactions within authorized limits while ensuring strict compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Strengthen client relationships by conducting regular client calls and site visits with Account Officers.
  • Lead, coach, and set performance targets for Account Officers, providing guidance during client discussions and negotiations.
  • Represent the organization in syndicate meetings, creditor discussions, and steering committees.
  • Prepare the Center's annual financial budget and align activities with business goals.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

Proficiency in the Fukien/Hokkien language strengthens their ability to serve the Center's market, and a solid academic foundation in Business or Marketing supports their analytical and managerial capabilities.
