Job Description

  • Ensures that all the business's narratives and message are in support of the content strategies and editorial decisions that he formulates along with the Company Head, and key stakeholders.

  • Able to interpret and meet the brief of both Pharmaceutical and HCP needs and bring that to life through content and editorial.

  • Develop content that is engaging, makes readers want to read it, and look for more content.

  • Understand what service delivery is, and surpass service delivery scores and standards.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret content consumption patterns and behavior, understand the insight, and use this to further develop and understand our audiences. Use this to improve overall engagement.

  • Map content and build personas around our customer base

  • Build/manage and mentor a high-performing team of writers to support business needs.

  • Oversees all the content put out by the business to the media through, direct mail, email, social media platforms, mobile applications, interviews, collateral, speeches, recorded messages, newsletters, and so forth.

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive Medical related write-up experience is a MUST

  • Min 7 years of extensive experience writing for the healthcare industry or 5 years for the tech industry

  • Experience in developing content marketing for different channels and formats (including social media, email, blog articles, in-app notifications, etc) in the healthcare industry, specifically in an editorial capacity

  • You are passionate and curious about all aspects of communications and know how to tell a compelling story

  • You are a creative thinker and use this to your advantage when securing coverage
