Job Description

The Head of Credit Management Operations will:

  • Lead and manage the team handling Credit Management Operations within the organisation.
  • Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and implement strategies for credit risk management and mitigation.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of credit-related reports.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting & Finance Department for credit-related matters.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in processes and systems in the credit management operations.
  • Drive team performance and ensure high level of employee engagement.
  • Oversee the collections team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Credit Management Operations should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of credit management and financial operations.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant IT systems and software.
