Job Description

  • Lead the controllership and financial planning and analysis functions to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and systems.
  • Manage and mentor the accounting and finance team effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Controllership and Financial Planning and Analysis should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial reporting and analysis in the infrastructure/industrial sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
