Job Description

  • Strategically partner with leadership to grow and sustain the Human Resources divison of the business
  • Act as a point person and champion for all things HR
  • Manage all facets of Human Resources, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Learning & Organizational Development, Talent Management, and Compensation & Benefits
  • Lead their own team of direct reports

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 10-15 years of Human Resources experience
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team
  • Strong in majority of the HR facets
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid setup
