Job Description

As Head of Investor Relations, you will:

  • Develop and execute the investor relations strategy aligned with the bank's financial goals.
  • Lead investor communications including earnings calls, annual reports, and regulatory disclosures.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Manage relationships with analysts, shareholders, and rating agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with BSP, SEC, and PSE disclosure requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Investor Relations should have:

  • A degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in the financial services industry, particularly in investor relations or corporate finance.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
