Job Description

  • Develop and execute the IT strategy to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, software applications, and cybersecurity measures.
  • Lead the implementation, optimization, and support of CARE ERP to ensure seamless business processes.
  • Manage system integrations, data migrations, and IT-related compliance requirements.
  • Ensure IT systems and policies adhere to industry regulations and security standards.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and driving performance.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify technology needs and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies to drive innovation in the insurance industry.



The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, preferably in the finance sector.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CARE ERP.
  • Expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
  • Proven ability to lead IT teams and manage large-scale technology projects.
  • Experience in digital transformation, cloud computing, and data security best practices.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with insurance underwriting, claims processing, and policy administration systems.
  • Knowledge of AI, automation, and data analytics applications in insurance IT.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
