The Head of IT to build and lead the company's IT function. This individual will be instrumental in developing and executing the company's technology roadmap, leading the transition to SAP, integrating cross-functional systems, and deploying automation and analytics tools. This is a ground-up build - ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and is eager to architect digital foundations that drive scale and innovation.

Job Description

Strategic Leadership



  • Define the IT vision and long-term digital roadmap aligned with overall business goals.


  • Partner with cross-functional business units to translate strategic needs into scalable IT solutions.


  • Spearhead the SAP implementation, ensuring seamless system transition and enterprise integration.

Technology Development & Transformation



  • Lead the deployment of Power BI and other analytics tools to empower data-driven decisions.


  • Identify automation opportunities across operations, HR, finance, and supply chain.


  • Build an integrated digital ecosystem by connecting core systems and improving workflow efficiencies.

IT Systems & Infrastructure



  • Design and implement enterprise-grade IT systems and infrastructure from scratch.


  • Set up governance frameworks for IT operations, project delivery, cybersecurity, and compliance.


  • Manage IT budgets, third-party vendors, and internal teams.

Business Partnership



  • Serve as a technology advisor to the executive team, offering insight into emerging tools and digital trends.


  • Champion technology adoption and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
  • 10+ years of IT leadership experience, ideally within FMCG, pharmaceutical, or startup/scale-up environments.
  • Proven track record in SAP implementations, BI tool rollouts (especially Power BI), and HRIS/system integrations.
  • Strong background in automation, process improvement, and scalable tech architecture.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of driving execution in evolving environments.
