Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of IT and digital strategies, aligning with local business priorities and healthcare regulations, while collaborating with regional and global teams for guidance and support.
  • Drive innovation through omnichannel marketing, e-commerce, automation, and AI, enhancing customer engagement and optimizing internal operations.
  • Oversee data governance, analytics, and business systems implementation, ensuring seamless support for office and field staff while fostering partnerships with external innovators and start-up ecosystems.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT and digital leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management capacity.
  • Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, with a strong understanding of local healthcare regulations and business environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading digital transformation initiatives, including e-commerce, omnichannel marketing, and AI-driven automation.
